Concerning your questions:

To I (Customs Clearance): We feel sorry about the bureaucracy for importing products to China. Especially for charging you high customs as the products are produced of high-level raw materials. But of course they are not for medical treatments and should not be regarded as medical products as concerns customs rates. If you re-order more of these products we have to check product by product to avoid this miss-interpretation.
关于问题一（报关问题）：对于当局对进口至中国的产品采取的这种情况，我们感到遗憾。特别是对于海关收取了你们高额的关税，而这又是因为这些产品是采用高水平的原材料制成的。但是当然，这些产品并不是用于医疗，也不应该被当做医药产品来征收关税。如果你们再次订购更多的这些产品，我们就需要对产品进行一个个地检查，来避免这种误解或误读的情况出现。
To II (Marketing & Sales): we are quite surprised about the prices you are mentioning for some of our products. As we are not selling to somebody else in China besides your honorable company the products must come from abroad.
关于问题二（市场销售方面）：对于你们提到的我们部分产品的价格，我们很吃惊。因为我们在中国，除了贵司外，目前并没有销售给其它人，这些产品一定是从中国境外来的。
To III 1. (Product Properties): In general the granulometry of our sea salts may vary between different batches of raw material we get. But we don’t think that customers would be able to notify this because the limits are quite close. We have changed about 3-4 years ago the supplier of one component. This component is now coarser than before, but its part in the sea salt blend is only less than 5 %. Maybe people have taken reference to the sea salt before. As nobody gave us this feedback until now we don’t know exactly what the reason could be for the observation of the customers.
关于问题三中的第1点（商品特性）：总的来讲，对于我们的海盐的粒度测量问题，我们不同批次的原材料之间可能会出现不一样的结果。但是我们不认为这种差异会被客户注意到，因为相关的限值是非常接近的。我们大概在3-4年之前就更换过一种成分的供应商。现在这种成分要比以前粗，但是它在海盐成品中的比例只有不到5%。可能是有客户把产品和以前的海盐做了对比。因为除了你们，还没有其他人有过类似的反馈，因此对于客户观察到的现象，我们不知道确切的原因。
III 2: When dissolving BIO-ACTIF the water is little cloudier than with our regular sea salt or PRO-REEF. But after short time it should be crystal clear – most people report even clearer than with all other salts they used before (see reports in forums like Reef Central http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1756032, http://blog.captive-aquatics.com ... alt-mix-review.html, http://www.nano-reef.com/forums/ ... pic=238973&st=0). If you check the forums about BIO-ACTIF experiences you will find very seldom negative comments (except the high price). I add some comments about BIO-ACTIF in Reef Central Forum – there are many more to be found.
